I rewind back to a few years ago.
Who was that Person? I don’t even know
She was lost, looking for that home
Facing the world, but didn’t know where to room
Didn’t know where to go next or who to turn to
No one understood the pain she was going through
Who could, I mean she was dealing with so much
This pain not even her family could touch
She knew something was missing but she didn’t know what
So instead of searching she kept the pain shut
But then a few months ago, she came to the Lord
In his arms she was never ignored
That missing puzzle piece, it soon appeared
Taking away everything see once feared
The Lord was her strength, and her salvation
Taking her heart to a whole different location
She believed that Jesus was her Lord and savior
Changing her mind, soul and her behavior
Turning her whole life around and those of others she would later surround
This girl once known as just a disaster
Changed once she found her rock, her master
She prayed that the Lord would forgive her for her sins
And create a pure heart and steadfast spirit within
She worshiped the Lord Day and Night
And prayed for those who have not felt his might
She sang joyfully to the Lord
Thanking him for the heart that he restored
